I founded Benchmark Advocacy to help organizations operating in California’s most regulated sectors anticipate policy risk, shape outcomes, and avoid costly surprises.
Benchmark advises companies and trade associations when legislative, regulatory, or procurement decisions directly affect growth, operations, or public reputation. Engagements are typically focused on early-stage strategy development, coalition alignment, and high-stakes advocacy where timing, credibility, and judgment matter.

On a more personal level, I earned his bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento, where I also played on the Men’s D-1 Soccer Team. I live in Sacramento with my wife, three children and two furry friends.
